KEAP is Cornwall’s strategic development organisation for the arts in education. Our mission is to engage the whole community in creative learning through the Arts, providing a one stop shop for information about youth arts opportunities in Cornwall; encouraging dynamic partnerships between teachers and creative practitioners; providing information, support and guidance online and face to face; advising schools on working with artists of all disciplines; and supporting artists and arts organisations in developing their education and youth work.

Our current focus areas are the Arts Education Strategic Plan, ensuring a high quality arts education for all children and young people in Cornwall, and Extended Services, embedding the arts and culture into Extended Services activity. We are the host organisation for Sing Up in Cornwall, the Music Manifesto’s National Singing Programme, we deliver the young people’s Arts Award and we support schools to gain Artsmark.
